We are heading to the final of the ATP 250 tournament in Adelaide, Australia, just a day before the start of the first Grand Slam of the year – the Australian Open. Jack Draper will face Jiri Lehecka in a game which no one predicted at the beginning of the tournament. Lehecka was seeded (under 7th position), while Draper barely got into the main part of the scheme. Now, when the waiting is over, we are eager to see the outcome of this amazing match of the future generation of world tennis.
Jack Draper vs Jiri Lehecka Betting Preview
I used to watch the first two matches of Jack Draper, and I saw that his powerful forehand was working pretty well. He is solid on serve, and his net volleys are fantastic. The only difficult game he had (he had to save 2 match points) was against Miomir Kecmanovic in the second round, and then, he was simply the best. Even against the top-seeded Tommy Paul and Alexander Bulbik, he played like a real professional player from the top 10.
On the other side, his opponent from the Czech Republic, Jiri Lehecka, is playing maybe his best tennis at the moment. I watched only one game he played here, against Dusan Lajovic, which I tried to predict (and I was very close to succeeding in my prediction), and I wasn’t so impressed. Serbian beat himself in the third set after a few silly mistakes. Yes, Lehecka is a serious player, but thanks to his ranking, he faced not-so-high-ranked players if we exclude the semi-final against Korda. But in this match, it was 50-50, especially taking into account that Korda is coming from injury.

Betting Tip – Jack Draper vs Jiri Lehecka
I believe that this one might go in three sets, but still, Draper is the more quality player in my eyes. His shots are stronger and more powerful, along with better positioned and speedy services. What is an advantage for Lehecka is his good footwork and great positioning on the court, especially when he needs to play a return ball. Still, I do not think he is capable of winning a match where his opponent is serving with 200+ km/h and smashes the ball from the forehand with 150+ km/h. It seems like Draper is in the zone, and all results so far in the tournament show it. The odds are not very high, but still good enough for me to chase them.
