In my second tip for the first round of ATP Masters in Miami, I will go for one local player – Brandon Nakashima, who will play against the strong Chilean – Alejandro Tabilo. Both players haven’t met yet, and I assume that we will see an incredibly good match for watching.
Alejandro Tabilo vs Brandon Nakashima Preview
Alejandro Tabilo concentrated his powers on the clay instead of playing some outdoor hard tournaments before Indian Wells and Miami. And this wasn’t a good decision because, in Indian Wells, he only reached the second round, being eliminated by Taylor Fritz in a game where he did not pose a big challenge. Now, a week later, he will try to reach the second round of the ATP 1000 tournament again, this time in Miami. For me, personally, it will be more difficult because the courts now are not as slow as in Indian Wells. On slower courts, Tabilo would have better chances, indeed.
Against Alejandro Tabilo, we will see one of the local fans – Brandon Nakashima – who has to play qualifications to reach the main draw. The 22-year-old, born in San Diego, California American, will try to come back to the professional tennis circuit after the bad injury he received two years ago. His services are strong, and his baseline game is also at a decent level. Honestly, I do not think that Tabilo might have any chance of winning against the local player. Additionally, Nakashima is getting into shape and with the help of the domestic fans, he might win another game.

Betting Tip – Alejandro Tabilo vs Brandon Nakashima
As mentioned above, I will go here for the Brandon Nakashima win. For me, he is not just the better player, but he is also the player who is better on outdoor hard courts. When adding the fact that he already played two games in the qualifications here, I think he will feel the court one idea better than his opponent. Tabilo is a player who shouldn’t be underestimated, but I doubt that he will have any chance of winning this match.
